MF Estates is a Liverpool based estate agents which offers their services across the Merseyside area and was set up and launched in 2020. The estate agents offers a range of services Sales, Lettings, Management, Mortgage and Investment advice.
Sales of residential properties include us dealing with both vendors and buyers. We value the property both via desktop analysis and visiting the property in person. Agree a fee with the vendor and sign the relevant documents. The property is then marketed for sale via property portals, company website and social media platforms. Buyers who are already registered on our database are sent property matches based on their criteria.

The Lettings service consists of 3 levels of service starts with a Let only service which involves finding a tenant, completing necessary reference checks, drawing up a tenancy at a fixed one off fee. Other services can be added to this service such as inventories, check outs etc.
The next level is a monthly rent collection service which involves the let only service plus collection of rent every calendar month from the tenant. There is a one-off setup fee for this service and a set monthly percentage of the monthly rent each month.
The top letting service which is most popular is our fully managed service which includes the let only service, the middle level of rent collection and full management at a reduced setup fee but an increased percentage per calendar month due to more work involved in this level of service. Also included in this level of service is inventories, check outs, mid-term inspections, protect tenants deposit in an approved scheme, rental guarantee and much more.
We will also offer extra services such as conveyancing, mortgages, EPCs, Surveys, floor plans, professional photographs.
Finally we offer investment advice and guidance on areas within Merseyside.
